We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it easy.


Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1 — Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp (+91 81800 16874) or email (custombuddy@outlook.com) with your order details and reason for return

Step 2 — Pack the product in its original condition with all tags intact

Step 3 — Ship it back using any courier of your choice

Step 4 — Share the Proof of Delivery (POD) / courier receipt with us on WhatsApp or email

Step 5 — Refund is initiated within 7 working days of receiving your POD


Refund Method

Refunds are processed via NEFT or UPI only. Please share your bank details or UPI ID when raising the return request.

Refunds reflect in your account within 2–3 banking days after initiation.


Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is borne by the customer. A deduction of ₹80 flat or actual courier charge — whichever is lower — will be made from your refund amount.


Product Condition for Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted
